• All hallways and stairs were carpeted in November 1999. They gave an added quality to the "Manor".
• In order to discourage smoking in the hallways and stairs we installed cigarette bins.

• Flowerbeds, shrubs and herbs throughout the "Manor" are planted and tended by the residents.
